Ssamjang (means “wrapping paste” in Korean) is a Korean sauce often used as a dip or topping for BBQ lettuce wraps (Bulgogi). This condiment is made from a cultured soybean base called doenjang, red chilli paste (gochujang), fresh garlic, onions, scallions, and sesame oil. It has a savoury and refreshing taste!
